Website Rip off
Bought Tickets online and website froze. Did not get any confirmation number and the tickets were debt to my credit card. No answers to several e-mails and the customer care agent did not speak enough english to be of any help. The customer care agent kept blasting dial tone sounds until I hung up. Happened more than once. Very poor service. I want my money back!!!
