Collection Agency fraudulent collection of a non-existing bill from Bloomingdales. I called Bloomingales and was told I had a zero balance

I have received many calls from Universal Fidelity trying to collect on a bill from a department store. I have repeatedly told them that I don't owe the named department store anything. They were rude on the phone and told me the late fees would continue to increase my balance. I proceeded to call the department store and confirmed that I have a zero balance. I called them back and told them that I was filing a report with the BBB.

I wonder how many people fall for their claim of monies owed. The scary thing is that they had all my information on file. They knew my age and had the audacity to tell me that because I was older, I probably didn't remember the charge. This is a criminal activity and they should be charged and closed down.
