During March of i applied for a 10,000 personnal installment loan from the M.L.S. Company. The person who contacted me was a female going by the name of Loretta Hugh, The owners name is Pao Khang. I met all the terms and conditions of said loan including a 3500.00 dollar security deposit which I also furnished. To date. I was never given this loan, due to the fact it was a scam. My deposit money was never returned to me. With the help of the b.B.B. The F.T.C. The C.C.A. Tha F.B.I. And the State and Local Police, they have located both Pao Khang, and Loretta Hugh. And will be demanding the return of my money Anyone with additional info of these two criminals, are urged to call the Ct, Att. Generals Office
