On 03/21 Iapplied for a 10,000 personnal loan with M.L.S. Llc. Iwas approved for said loan. Imet all the terms and conditions of said loan, including a 3,500 loan security deposit to secure said loan Iwas contacted by a female named Loretta Hugh, who in turn faxed me all the loan documents AFTER WIRING THE SECURITY DEPOSIT, Iwas never funded said loan I have tried hundreds of times thru phone messages, faxes, and e-mails to have my security deposit returned to me immed. Pao Khang (owner of M.L.S.) and Loretta Hugh both have refused tocontact me and also refused to return my money. Since then, I have contacted the B.B.B. The F.T.C., and the C.C.A/, along with law officials, these people, and this company are facing very serious charges now including on-line fraud and larceny
