They need a recording with you saying (it's okay to debit fund after canceling with them).. I ask for a closing bill after I cancel with them, I never got it.
Yes and even the cancelation fee I dispute, I was only 15 days into the so call 2 year contract, when I canceled because they raised the price on me. More fine print..
