On 03/21, i applied for a personnal installment loan in the amount of 10,000 i was told i was approved and was faxed all the paper work. I met all the terms and conditions of said loan, including a 3,500 loan security deposit. Needless to say, i was scammed. I never was funded this loan, nor was my money returned to me. The person that had contacted me was a female going by the name of loretta hugh. To date i have tried hundreds of times to contact her and this company (m.L.S.), and demanded my money be returned to me. I have had no response. However, law enforcement has stepped in and they will be facing several charges including on line fraud
