I ordered 4 pairs of shoes and I NEVER received them. I was thankful I had paid them thru PayPal. When I filed a claim with them, they said the seller provided them with a valid tracking number and closed the case not allowing me to give them the information that I NEVER received the item and I have since investigated the company and it is a complete scam! PayPal is as big a joke as Lydia Shoes. PayPal is protecting these knowingly fraudent sellers. I guess they want to keep earning fees off of all of their fraudulent transactions! BUYER BEWARE OF BOTH LYDIA SHOES AND PAYPAL. I am out over $250 for scam sellers in this month alone with NO help from the company who advertises they protect people. What a joke!!!
