Initially I received confirmation from Lydia Shoes (who have an impressive and inviting website and offer "free postage"!) that my order had been received, but I was never informed that the shoes had been posted to me, although I contacted Lydia Shoes as soon as my bank account was debited with the purchase amount. Lydia Shoes never answered any of my four emails.
However, I have just received, one month later, by regular mail from China, a worthless plastic shower cap - the sort provided free in cheap hotels! So insulting!!!
