I too was duped by Lydia Shoes. I ordered a pair of boots and then when I went to get an ETA on their arrival on two separate occasions, I never received a reply. I too then started to do some digging and see now that i am not the only person they have taken for a ride. The site is currently not available and there is no contact number.
I cannot believe that PayPal continues to provide their services to this fraudulent site and I hope to get my money back. I also urge everyone who has had this experience with Lydia Shoes to demand that PayPal discontinue being associated with this scam.
