I have visited this restaurant several times over the last month. There is something wrong with the disk washer. Customers are being served drinks in glasses that feel gritty to the touch along the outside of the glass. I suspect the same dirt on the outside is on the inside before the glass is filled with liquid. I worked in a restaurant when I was a kid. It was a dump and I was poorly paid. The cloth napkins had a smell because the laundry service did not care. Your napkins smell like they are washed in dirty water. They smell like an old greasy frying pan. I have not smelled that odor in a long time and thought I would never smell it in a Red Lobster restaurant. Also, a couple of weekends ago I was served stuffed flounder that was bad, spoiled. I had it returned to the kitchen. The tilapia in particular and all the fish and shrimp have no known fish taste. The mash potatoes and biscuits are the only consistent recognizable part of your menu.
