Adecco, St. Charles, Missouri ripped off by adecco. Just started working for adecco. Supposed to be payed fri, but was not. They say checks in mail

I just started working for adecco. Thought it was great company to work for, wrong. Was told my I would be payed by check this Friday not. Saturday not, told them I needed to be payed so I would have gas for Monday.
Manager told me not my problem, but please let us know if I can't make it to work so they can send someone else, and if you don't get your check buy saturday, she can't request another check until Tuesday.
So, I now have to, borrow gas money from my 80 year old mother. Because of the DEAD BEAT TEMP
SERVICE. Won't pay its employees on time. Carmas a b*tch, and they will all get what's coming to them.
