They advertise a 2004 honda accord online stated that it would be safe to go through ebay protection plan so it would be safe for me and her which i thought i was sending money to a ebay agent which i send her the money then they send the car if i do not want the car they would refund money but as i waited they email me again stated that they need a 1100 deposit for insurance to make sure the car would arrive safe an on time the funds would be refunded then i figure it all out. I am so upset but now they are waiting on a payment an i want the police to be able to pick them up an arrest.
