Received email from a person who identified herself as SSgt. Susan Williams who advertised selling a 2003 Honda Accord Ex 6-cyl Automatic for the price of $1500.00. Stated vehicle would be shipped upon receipt of a secured payment through eBay's Buyer Protection Program. Stated eBay would hold the money until car was received. Funds were sent as requested via western union per the email instructions received from an ebay email address. Soon learned that all the documents were fraudulent as ebay only used pay pal as a means of securing a payment.
