I saw a car on craigslist contacted it through the email that was provided they told me to send all my information through ebay an that it was the protection program an the funds wouldnt be released until i recieved the car an inspected it but the funds were givin to them the same day an i dont have the car or ebay said there wasnt never an account set up for a 1999 honda accord ex
