I called T-Mobile to reverse the unauthorized "Premium Services" charge, but unfortunately they were unable to refund the money as there was some sort of block. T-Mobile provided me with a number to call this company's "SMS Help Desk". The lady unsubscribed (which I never subscribed to) me from their service and told me I would recieve a refund check of $19.98, which was a 2 months of charges of $9.99. We will see if I receive this check in 3-5 days as promised.
