What a shame that this is the only cable company in the Columbia Market. They take your money and always blame things that are not their fault for poor service.

I pay for a cable DVR box that has been replaced 4 times and still cant watch a movie without a skip or lost picture and all they say is they can swap it out again. JUST FIX IT!!!

As far as cable internet service, i pay for high speed and what i get is 1.8 down and 31 k up??? What is fast about that?

TWC get your head out of your ass and get your act together so we can enjoy what we are paying for.

Oh and the last but not least I have been on hold for over 34 min and still waiting to complain again on their phone line, i might just die on hold before we get this fixed.
