This is outrageous. On Oct 16 I made a call from a phone booth in Montreal, Canada to Berkeley, California using my AMEX credit card, having forgotten my prepaid telephone card. The call lasted about 30 minutes, for which I was expecting to pay around $10. Please let me know what I should do to get a refund. Thanks.
