I purchased a 2011 Ford Fiesta in April, with 394 miles on it (These could NOT be documented) The day I drove it off the lot the steering wheel started rubbing (They tried to charge me for that) Two weeks later the brakes started squealing (They said new cars have squealy brakes) Two weeks later, my oil light came on, went to get an oil change (They tried to charge me) Check engine light comes on, takes two weeks, they realize its a faulty converter, never call me. Ten days later I call, they order the part. I come in for my scheduled appt, they turn me away.
Meet with the sales manager, and among several quotes that are too disrespectful to write, he said since I was done doing business with Ford, he had no incentive to help me, offered me less than trade in value for the car and told me ""it wouldnt bother me at all"" if people knew.
So, here I am telling people.
