Went on on June 4 because the brake light was on in my 1997 Ford Explorer. I was told that I needed a complete brake job and was quoted $358.00. Got a call at home later that afternoon and was told that I needed additional work - which I okayed. I spent $556.00 for a complete brake job.
Two weeks later my brakes were squealing like a city bus. My brakes did not squeal before I brought my vehicle to Just Brakes. I returned to the shop on June 19 - went for a ride with their mechanic. Mechanic told me that the hardware needed adjusting and it was no problem.
Shop manager told me a different story - that it was a missing lock ring from the previous brake job and that I needed to take the vehicle back to Ford for the part. I tried to explain to this rude, disrespectful, crass individual that my brakes did not squeal before Just Brakes. I never had a squealing problem.
Shop manager would not listen to me. He talked down to me - yelled at me in the shop in front of his employees. He then told me that I was treating him like a "dawg" and that I should leave the property. He called the police. This man got great pleasure out of harrassing me. There was no customer service at all.
Just Brakes on Howell Mill Road needs to send their manager back to Customer Service and Anger Managment training.
This employee is a bad representation of Just Brakes.
