Hi there,
i booked a hotel on 26/09 in malaga spain for 6 people b/b for two nights.
The hotel name is HUSA GUADALMEDINA.
When we arrived they said that they never received any payment for this booking from that company, but i showed them all my hotel vouchers and invoices i had. They said they would look at it in morning but they said they phoned them twice and when they mentioned it they put the phone down on them.
They called the police on this and told us we had to pay the full bill again, but i never had any credit card but luckily one of our members had and we had to pay again, what a start to our holiday.
So ive tried to contact them and sent several emails but to no avail.
Could you please try and find out how we can get our full refund on this.
