We booked the Lavender V Hotel in Singapore with Fast Hotel Booking last July, the amount was withdrawn from my credit card ($150) shortly afterwards. We turned up at Lavendar V Hotel in Singapore last Thurs night at 11-30 pm and were told by the hotel that they had no such booking!!! They demanded a cash payment to stay overnight, they wouldnt accept a credit card, never heard of this before!!! The Mgr tried to contact Fast Hotel Booking, but to no avail. How many more people have been "defrauded" by this Coy. They are unable to be contacted. Any suggestions anybody???
