Ordered trial cream paid in good faith on my credit card. I tried the product and following use developed facial swelling therefore stopped using the product immediately. I looked on the order shipped and on line from my order confirmation then noticed that on the order that was shipped a bill for 89.95 I called the customer service department @ 1-866-405-1578 spoke with a customer service rep by the name of Jackie and told her my complaint and told her of the facial swelling which she continued to say they will ship another order and then I could send it back to the company. Why would I continue to order a product that caused me facial swelling. I put the company on notice that they must immediately stop billing my credit card as I did not consent to it. Jackie stated that my credit card has already been charged for another order. I asked that the company immediately refund the unauthorized charge to my credit card and to immediately cancel all and further orders. I am fully prepared to follow through this complaint and take legal action if required. I will wait to see what action the company will take in the next 30 days. Jo
