This company sends out solicitations to buy their products through your email. I receive one about a facial cream called "DermaPure" that will help with wrinkles. I ordered it paying $4.95 for shipping I am assuming but was not aware it had to be returned within 14 days to not be charged the whole price for this one ounce jar of facial cream.
Well it took over a week for me to even get it in the mail. So that only leaves a few days to try it and return it. That is not enough time to try anything and return it if you have already missed a week. I got the time frame mixed up with another product I ordered that gave you 30 days to try it. That is more reasonable. They charged my credit card for the full amount of $79.95 the very next day after the 14 days were up.
I called them to see what was going on and then they explained all this to me and I told then I don't want any automatical orders on my credit card to stop it and I want to send it back but they told me it is too late but they will stop my auto order and give me $19.95 back on my credit card. So that means I paid $64.95 for a 1 OZ. Jar of facial cream where I have not seen any improvement yet.
DON'T ever order anything from this company unless you read the agreement and understand they go by the date they ship it to you not the day you receive it. It is a big scan to get your money.
