I bought a pair of shoes from the above website after reading their returns policy. Once received the shoes were poor quality and didnt fit despite being the correct size. I emailed their customer services and have had several communications back and forth trying to explain the problem. Their returns policy states that if not satisfied to return the goods in perfect saleable condition for refund or exchange. Despite complying with all this, the customer services woman wanted photographic evidence of the problem. I explained that a bad fitting shoe that slips off when wearing them cannt be demonstrated by a photo. I suggested I take an exchange instead of a refund but now all communication has stopped and they have barred my email so I can not contact them. There is no mail address on the website, no phone numbers, only an email address from which I am now barred. I contacted my bank but they can not do anything until I have proof of returning the goods which I can not do without an address. Please do something to stop rouge outfits like this.
