When I closed my account with Time Warner I was told I would receive my deposit back within 30 days. I gave them the address to send it to.

After the time had passed I called and was told it was mailed and would arrive shortly. It did not.

I called again and was told it was sent to the wrong address would arrive shortly. It did not.

I called again and finally spoke with management. He told me that because it was sent to the wrong address the check had to be cancelled and re issued and this would take one to two months.
