I had ordered the $4.95 starter kit on Sept. 17th this was after I read everything on thier "free trial basis" and nothing stated that there would be an automatic charge a month later through my credit card.
On the 12th of October, I checked my account statement for the same card and there was a $117.00 unautherized charge from this
e-cig company.
I imediately picked up the phone and cld. The 1-877-766-5306 # given on the letter enclosed with my original trial ($4.95) order. I talked to a girl that tried to convince me that this was stated in the original web offer, I stated no there wasn't, I would like a full refund and I will send back the starter kit, while she tried to make me keep it for a lower charge of $79.00 on my CC. I had to be very forceful about getting a full refund on my card, and she finally gave me a return# to put on my return. So with this ordeal I have spent $4.95 on this item that I have to pay to ship back to the company @ $2.12 for postage plus the price of an argument, frustration, and my time, package was sent back today. I'll update later to let you know the results of this frustrating endevavor. What I want is a full refund that totals $124.07.
