Id signed up for the free trial and received the product on the 10th day in April. Didnt get around to calling them with 4 days remaining on the free trial offer. Did not read that they would continue send a bottle every month. May they sent another bottle and billed my credit card for $89.14. Without realizing what it was, I tossed the package to the side. June I recieved another bottle and another charge of $89.14. I researched Lypothin and discovered many unhappy customers were not getting their full refunds. I called the company and the rep offered half price and I could keep the bottle. I ASKED how to receive full refund and she stated it would take longer to process the refund but did give me the return information. I was also told that they would only refund one of the three bottles. Called my credit card to have them put a stop to any automatic billing from this company and was told that they were manually billing my card that there was no way to put a hold or stop on them. I accept the charges for the free trial, but not for the two additional bottles.
