Ordered a starter kit for £6.99 which i thought was a bargain to try this product out. How disapointed could i have been to read the fine print that only appears afterwards.
"If you made a trial starter kit purchase, you have been enrolled in our refill membership program.in 15 days, we'll send you 10 replacement filters and charge your MasterCard on file. Each 30 days thereafter you will be billed and automatically sent 10 replacement filters (equivalent to 20 packs of traditional cigarettes). If you cancel your memebership before the end of the 15-day trial period, you will be charged for the starter kit's full value."
The site clearly states you will only be charged after the 15 day trial period. Cancelled my order straight away, however, have still been charged and told no refund will be given.
It took 20 minutes to cancel because the person i spoke to kept trying to push products upon me and wouldn't let me cancel. But finally my order was cancelled and confirmation e-mail recieved.
Hoping it has been cancelled and no further charges have been added or will be at a later date.
