Has refuses to ship merchandise or refund money. Bad company!

Order placed with BHM Golf on 21 Sept 08. My account was debited on 23 Sept for full amount of item plus shipping and handling. Order confirmation stated item would ship in 2-3 days. After a reasonable time and no delivery, I telephoned and received a call back promise. I then emailed an inquiry about the order. They replied the item was on backorder.

After no contact fronm them for a Month; I called. Got a will call back in 20 minutes. No call. This call, no return call, went on for a week or two. Finally emailed another inquiry. BHM replied that item due in soon an that its price had gone up but I could have it at original price or they would refund money. We agreed for BHM to ship item at the original sale price, already paid.

Several weeks later, I placed another email inquiry. Received response that Item was available to ship but if I wanted it I would have to pay new price. I asked for a refund. That was on 3 Dec 08. Since then I have called and emailed BHM Golf numerous times. I have not received a single return phone call or email. Brian H. Meyer is supposedly the individual representing BHM Golf to me.
