This was suppose to be a free trial. My complaint is the same as everyone else's. I have not called my bank yet but I'm currently on the line with Bright & they are assuring me a full refund if I return the starter pack. They say there was something in there about receiving the starter pack for free but if you were not satisfied you needed to call back within 14 days to cancel, otherwise you would be charged... I read NOTHING of the sort. So I am returning this and I EXPECT A FULL REFUND!
