Unethical business practices

Apartment encourages parties & other noisy events even after tenants complain of noise. Unethical business practices & suspicious employment. Lousy maintenance & management onsite! Complained for over a year about staff onsite only to see absolutely no changes & to be threatened by onsite staff into not renewing lease.
