Jon and his crew were fantastic! We called several other companies that were not able to accommodate us until Thursday and we needed our trip on Wednesday. He was just getting back into town to start his season in Phoenix that very morning. I explained we couldn%u2019t wait until Thursday because my daughter was flying out so he agreed to do it! My daughter and I have been trying to go Ballooning for four years and have made several attempts out of Boulder, Colorado and Phoenix, AZ. So, you can imagine how thrilled she was to get another chance! I am a true believer in things happen for a reason. We couldn%u2019t have asked for a better crew and flight! Jon has a true passion for Ballooning and his flights show it! If you want the history and full experience for your money then look no further! While in the air we saw several other Balloons and noticed what they got for their money and lets just say if I was in one of the other balloons I would be looking up at us and thinking I wished I booked with them!
