I ordered flowers for my friend, following the death of her father, through Teleflora. I specifically asked for 2 balloons to be included with the bouquet to be part of the cremation service - everyone was letting off balloons. The flowers got there, with no balloons. The balloons were an integral part of this order. Never again.
