I purchased furniture (sectional, mirror, table & 4 chairs) from Value City. My 27 year old son picked up the furniture. Although he signed for the furniture, he wasn't shown each piece to make sure everything was there. The furniture was stored in rental home until ready for the move. When we finally moved and opened all the boxes, the table was missing. I have four chairs that was put together but no table. I spoke to the Assistant Manager who told me that I indeed picked up all of the purchased items based on a signature. After several calls to the company, I was told over the phone that someone else, a lady, had the table and was given her number. We spoke and she told me that was her table.in the meantime, I decided to speak to the Assistant Manager in person. I took pictures of what was purchased to let manager know that I have everything EXCEPT the table. I explained all I want is the table that belongs to the set and NOTHING more. To make a long story short, nothing was resolved.
