I ordered a dining room table with 4 chairs on 08/06. On delivery 09/19 the table was damaged on one corner. The table has two scratches on the table.
Two of the 4 chairs are damaged or made incorrectly. 1st chair is not level, one leg is about a 1/4 inch shorter than the other. The support brackets are not properly installed onto the supporting legs. The brackets are bent, they are not flush with the legs. Due to these brackets impropoerly installed I believe that is why the chair is not level.
The 2nd chair has a missing end cap on one of the legs. It is a decorative piece that is missing. I am presently waiting for a response back from Ashley Furniture store to resolve my issues 9/21/05.
