I bought a 9 pc dinning set and 2 wing chairs, the dinning set at time of delivery was damaged so I refuesed it and some of the chairs need touch up and don't have even finish (by that meaning, has runs) to this day a month later the chairs have yet to be repaired, the wing chair only one was delivered the other rescheduled and then again rescheduled until mid April. I paid cash for my items and still missing on piece and the chairs have damage which have yet to be repaired. I was told items were in stock and asked the sales person to verify and yes they were so I purchased the items paid cash did not finance. The table is MDF with Veneer I know this because I told the sales person after looking at the floor model but she said it was solid wood. I told her I build furniture so I know the table is mdf on veneer. I bought the table because I have no time to build one since my wife had a baby and she is my helper. The wing chairs well I have to buy those. The point is if you pay for something in full you should be in front of the line over people who finance. I paid in full and want my furniture and yet still waiting on one piece and repair of others it is not being used and is taking up space in my home. I plan on returning it and paying more else where just so that I can have what I want when i want. Stay away from Ashley unless you have time to deal with them.
