Purchased a Kindle from the above website - Product never delivered. Received a few emails from the site claiming that the product would be with me soon etc. More than a month after money had been taken from my account, I received notification via twitter that the sites suppliers had failed to deliver and I would receive a refund - This refund was not forthcoming. Two weeks later I received a letter from the company telling me to send an email to an address and I would receive the refund after 60 days - Looking into the matter further, it was discovered that the email address was fake - Having brought this to the attention of the company, they have reissued the letter but still stated that I must wait 60 days until the refund will be given - This is in total breach of the T&C's laid out on the site which state that money will only be taken once the product is ready to send. I have tried mutliple times to contact the CEO Mr. David Phillips by email but he will not return contact - The contact details available on the site do not work.
