After the pre-order that I had placed for the product did not ship I contacted shocker toys to request a refund. First reply stated that I can get a refund if I wanted it. After a few weeks I waited for a refund but o refund came, so I contacted shocker toys again and emails went ignored. After about the fourth email that I sent to them, I received an email that stated the company is under new management and that I was on a list of refund list of sorts would receive a refund after 30 days. About two months later, still no refund. It appears as though though they are back to ignoring my emails again.
