This is the action I took so far:

On 11/23/04 at 2:25pm I was incorrectly charged $56.90 for your product. I was out of state on a medical emergency at the time the product was delivered and when I returned to pick up my mail I was given the package. I called the phone number, 1888-2055275, and was told to return the package and a refund would be processed upon receipt.
I have peridontal disease and can not use your product as stated in the warning lable. On 12/17/04 I returned the package with a U.S. Postal Service Delivery Confirmation Receipt. I was informed that you received the package on 12/22/04 at 9:49 am. I still have not received my refund as promised.
Please process my refund and email me the status.

If you are not going to send my refund then at least send my product back because I have a notification from the US Postoffice that you did receive it. Please be honest.
I have received no further correspondence from Gleaming White who has their product back unused and I am out $56.90.
