My 93-year old mother has a paid-up subscription to Reader's Digest for 20 years due to telemarketers. This company called and had my mother agree to extend the subscription for another two years! We have tried to cancel and they refuse unless they talk to her (and match the recording they have of her voice agreeing to the subscription).
We are constantly battling magazine companies who prey on the elderly!
These people don't care who they hurt!
