4 Magazines call my husband to register 2 year subscription of READERS DIGEST MAGAZINE. Husband paid by credit card. Have since:
Called 4 Magazines to get a credit, as 2 years subscription had already been paid by check directly to company. 4 Magazines would not even hear about enteringa credit of $74.00 to credit card. Have written to Reader's Digest Magazine's corporate headquarters and they wrote back advising "4Magazines is not an agency tht is authorized to sell Reader's Digest Magazines." (This letter came directly from the President of the company's office. Have once again tried several times to call and have been advised that I will receive the 2 year subscription.
As of this date, have not received one (1) copy of the said magazine. Wrote letter to magazine and said letter was returned with "no one lives here" on the envelope.
This company is a big ripoff and should not be in business.
