My 90 year old mother received renewal notice sent check, check was cashed but Mother wants to cancell because magazine was for small print. I have tried for almost 2 months to contact the 866-922-05

My 90 year old mother received a renewal request for Readers Digest, current subscription does not run out ubtil Nov. Mother was confused and sent them check for $36.00 and they cashed it. I tried to call regarding the renweal which is for small print. Mom needs large print. Plus she does not need a subscription past she's 90. I have been calling for almost 2 months now and no response from this company. Just want to cancel the magazine and get her $36.00 dollars back. This company has a F rating with the BBB.
