I saw one of those booths set up to help low income families with obtaining a free phone with two-hundred fifty minutes each month. The table had a phone set up as to where you could up-grade if you wanted to for only twenty-five dollars. I choose this phone instead of the phone that lifewireless would issue to you. On October 1 my phone locked with the error message "SIM card is locked" I called Lifewireless and that's when the customer service rep explain to me that i had gotten scammed for the upgrade phone is a none existing phone and the phone number that was given with the phone was not the accurate phone number.
