Iulia Filip & Bill Girdner of Courthouse New Service have been accused of sexually molesting a three year old girl. The attack allegedly happened as the two were writing an article to be published in their popular online information and legal research forum.
A manager in charge of overseeing the controversial Drum, PA-based writing service claims not to have witnessed the event. A new round of complaints seeking the two to be prosecuted for this horrendous act is ongoing.
In most recent round of public outcries, Filip and Girdner apparently refuse to comment, apparently stating, "Talk to our attorney."
Also apparently being questioned in the complaint were two other alleged participants, also employees of the company Robert Kahn and Milt Policzer
