Seminole County courthouse in addition to Florida Department of Revenue are forcing me to pay what they claim is child support arrearage. I had the DOR represent me for support of my daughter, who was in my custody and their handling of the case (attorney's failure to appear and not doing his job) cost me the case and actually prevented me from supporting my daughter. I requested and investigation into their handling of the case and it was all swept under the rug, so to speak. Seminole Courthouse is claiming I owe arrearage and refuse to look at any of the documentation, and have overlooked the fact that my ex has committed fraud and perjury several times.
