My cable tv. Was turned off, i made a small payment, received a bill in the mail saying to pay the full amount of $131.96 by oct. 8th, but you still turned off my cable. No phone call or notice. Just a turn off. I also sent a $5.00 money order in which was cashed. I also sent in a note saying that i will be paying the $131.96 but was still disconnected. This is unfair because nethanel & 2 other people there said that there was no note put in my file. This is a lie, i sent it in with my money order. I have never been late & have been a good customer for almost 3 yrs. That i have lived here. Someone in your department made a mistake. Please clear this up asap. Thank you, Jackie Vandaele.
