I ordered this product on 09/14 for the two week offer. The product was worthless and did nothing to improve. I called on 09/26 which is within the 12 days from the next shipment. The amount was not taken out of my account at the time that I called. Today I have checked my account and the money was taken out of my account after I called and cancelled. I called the customer service number and spoke to the rep and they stated that I didnt call in to cancel within the 12 days... Well my calculations is that yesterday was within the 12 days. They said that the shipment had already shipped and there was nothing they could do until I returned the product. And furthermore I would have to pay for the return shipping. If you are thinking of getting this product I would strongly say that it is a scam and fraud.
