I saw a television commercial for the Cyvita and thought it would make a great gag gift for a friend who is getting married. I went to the web site and put in my info. When I got to the page that said I would be charged the $19.95 s/h, I decided I did not want to pay for this.instead of clicking on the "submit order" button, I went back and cleared all my info from the fields it was in and exited the web site. A few days later, I got a notice from my bank stating a charge from cyvita in the amount of $19.95 has been taken out of my account. When I called and complained, the very rude customer service representative informed me that simply by putting my info into the fields on their website constitutes submitting an order. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!
Their product and whole operating procedure is nothing but a big scam!!!
