I was contacted by my bank about my overdraft. The customer service person related there was a withdrawn of $99.49 which I knew nothing about. I was given the phone number to contact the company. Their rep. Stated I had to submit my bank statement to prove the money was withdrawn. I felt I would be submit confidential info. Then I was told I would have to submit a refund form which would be found on their website. If I have to take this to the next level. These "people" are always foreigners. Now I have to go to my bank to dispute these actions.
