I started training on Aug. 20. On Aug. 23rd, our training group heard that the call center is getting paid. The trainer informed us that the week of Aug. 20-23rd will be held and we'll get paid on Sept. 6. Unfortunately, I failed the training test on Sept. 4th and was let go. On Sept. 6, I received a check for the week of Aug. 27th-30th. To this date, I still have not received my last check for the week held of Aug. 20th-23rd and the last two days of Sept. 3rd & 4th.
I've been leaving messages for Paul Pacey, in HR, for almost two weeks to look into this issue and he won't return my calls. All I want is what is owed me.
